Hello, I purchased a lead, whip, tugs and bite pads. The lead is for walking and the other items are for bite work.
Had no concerns about the quality of the products prior to purchase because I train with others who use your products.
I got confused when making my order but that issue was resolved within a few email exchanges
I don't have a dog at present and bought these items as gifts. So yes I would recommend these items to others.
Only disappointment is that I incurred import fees. I did query this and I have received an explanation.
